Technical Account Manager/Field Sales Representative

Responsibilities

  • Securing new business and maintaining an excellent level of customer service to current customers.
  • Planning strategies for all assigned accounts, and develop all key relationships to ensure strong foundation for solution selling.
  • Maintaining and promoting relationships with customer contacts who will be determining design opportunities and deal with existing business challenges.
  • Ability in define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, plan strategy and maintain relationship with customer in order to ensure their satisfation.
  • Experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment.
  • Understanding of pricing programs and models within the electronics industry.
  • Prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR), presenting strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation and improve customer service. Ability to lead regular QBRs with major customers that unlock additional sales opportunities.
  • Co-ordinate both manufacturer support and FAE support appropriately to maximize new design opportunity.
  • Promote and sell the value add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs offered.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Czech and English (written and spoken).
  • University degree in technical field preferred in electronic engineering or an equivalent.
  • Proven work experience as Technical Sales or Field Sales/Account Management with technical background.
  • Very good communication skills and Customer Relationship Management.
  • Negotiation skills, communication skills & presentation skills.
  • Autonomous, proactive way of working.
  • Driving license.
