 Team Leader

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience handling a team, preferably handled a Technical Support program
• Excellent communication skills both in German and English (verbal and written)
• Exposure to basics of Digital Marketing and Web Technologies would be an added
  advantage
• Knowledge on AdWords will be an added advantage
• Ability to set targets, motivate & drive a team of 15 to 20 employees
• Managing stakeholder/client expectations

Responsabilities:

• Monitoring, coaching, and feedback the members of the team
• Set and accomplish quality and productivity targets & indicators
  for particular market
• Actively involved in hiring and training of reps
• Ensure strict adherence to policies, processes, compliance guidelines
• Build sustaining and productive relationships with customers and stakeholders
