Senior Customer Support Operations


  • Manage large amounts of incoming call, email and chat queries
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information
  • Meet team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents



  • Campaign Management, Google Sheets/MS Excel, High level Verbal and Written Communication skills, Customer Support, Customer Service
  • Strong customer support experience in the advertising domain
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt
  • Track record of over-achieving ticket handling quota
  • Strong level of English language both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with CRM(SFDC) systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
