Senior Customer Support Operations
Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming call, email and chat queries
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information
- Meet team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Requirements:
- Campaign Management, Google Sheets/MS Excel, High level Verbal and Written Communication skills, Customer Support, Customer Service
- Strong customer support experience in the advertising domain
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt
- Track record of over-achieving ticket handling quota
- Strong level of English language both written and verbal
- Familiarity with CRM(SFDC) systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
