Our client is an international company partnering with game-changer clients and emerging players across several industries. For their office in Krakow, they are now looking to hire an:
SENIOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT OPERATIONS with German
- Experience in the advertising domain
- Track record of over-achieving ticket handling quota
- Excellent command over written and spoken language
- Excellent email communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM(SFDC) systems and practices
- Customer orientation
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming call, email and chat queries
- Develop a positive customer relationship/experience
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build relationships and trust with customer accounts
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions
- Engage customers
