Our client is an international company partnering with game-changer clients and emerging players across several industries. For their office in Krakow, they are now looking to hire an:

SENIOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT OPERATIONS with German

Requirements:
  • Experience in the advertising domain
  • Track record of over-achieving ticket handling quota
  • Excellent command over written and spoken language
  • Excellent email communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM(SFDC) systems and practices
  • Customer orientation

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming call, email and chat queries
  • Develop a positive customer relationship/experience
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build relationships and trust with customer accounts
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions
  • Engage customers
