Our customer is an international IT company that is looking for a motivated and talented:

SALES MANAGER for the Lithuanian market

The company is operating for many years in a different market in Europe. For further expansion in this market and to consolidate their relationship with existing Lithuanian customers they are looking for a sales manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing sales in a defined area of Lithuania.

He/She will be provided with initial training about the company/software and all the support required to smash the sales targets. The company will organize some of the meetings with the potential customers for the sales agent and the proposal for cooperation with them.

The agent will need to travel in Lithuania in the assigned area to meet with customers and the company offers a B2B agreement which covers all the expenses plus competitive terms and conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop business with new and existing Partners
  • Build and enhance relationships with Partners
  • Promote and build market awareness of our customer products and technologies (Networking – Videoconferences systems and similar brand/products)

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in sales or/and marketing in a structured company
  • Education in marketing, telecommunications or business-related sectors
  • Good English language knowledge
  • Industry experience and contacts in IT sales channels
  • Ability to deal with complex negotiations at the executive level
  • Technical proficiency in the network, IT security and internet-related products
  • Ability to apply a client-driven approach to selling and managing the accounts using superior presentation, management, and negotiation skills
  • Establish and maintain a good relationship with the customers
  • EU citizenship or work permit
  • Ability to work independently
