Operations Representative With Czech

Responsibilities: 

• Placing orders with vendors and updating delivery details
• Managing supplier portals
• Processing and organizing data in the information system
• Handling receipt of deliveries
• Verifying received invoices
• Engaging in daily communication with suppliers and customers
• Coordinating transportation logistics
• Communicating with carriers and managing complaints
• Generating reports for vendors
• Expediting delayed orders
• Collaborating closely with other departments
• Interacting with customs authorities
• Tracking and escalating orders as needed
• Generating customer invoices

Requirements:

• Minimum secondary school education
• Proficiency in English and Czech
• Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in the IT sector
• Strong PC skills, particularly in MS Office
• Flexibility, independence, and reliability
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
