Junior Web Developer

Requirements:

• Proficient PHP coder
• Good knowledge of Javascript, JSON, Jquery, XML
• Working knowledge of Javascript frameworks including React JS and Angular
• Basic knowledge of HTML – HTML4, HTML5 or CSS – CSS2, CSS3
• Good understanding of object oriented programming
• Some knowledge of any MVC architecture (e.g. Codeigniter, Zend, Smarty…)
• Some knowledge of WordPress, Magento, Drupal, Opencart, Shopify etc
• Working knowledge of single page application frameworks
• API integration ( Google, Facebook, Linkedin )
• Good understanding of Software development cycle

Responsibilities:

• Assist team with code implementations
• Provide technical recommendations
• Analyze platforms and technologies, identify and solve problems and draw valid conclusions
• Design and build processes and technical requirements for code implementations
• Provide technical coaching and training to the team
• Stay current in product and process best practices, tools, and applications
• Evaluate new product/feature/functionality, conduct feasibility study, and provide suggestions, recommendations and roll-out plan
• Upskill / groom the reps to improve their domain and troubleshooting capabilities
