Work in Poland – IT CUSTOMER SUPPORT for LITHUANIAN SPEAKERS in Kraków.

Our customer is a multinational corporation. Join their office in Krakow as IT CUSTOMER SUPPORT WITH LITHUANIAN.

Tasks:

  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting services (computer hardware; software applications, mobile devices, network…)
  • Administration in the company’s call tracking system
  • Description of each problem (error messages, symptoms, troubleshooting steps taken, result, solution)
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by following up
  • Providing training for the new hires and current employees

Requirements:

  • Lithuanian at C1/C2 or native level and English at B2 level
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Computer hardware, Active Directory
  • Previous studies in a technical or equivalent area is considered as an advantage
  • Experience in a similar role is beneficial
