Our client is a global provider of technology products, services and solutions. They bring innovative IT solutions to the market to solve complex business challenges. At this time for their Prague Office, they are looking to hire a:

Internal Sales Manager – Czech speaking

  • At least 1 year of experience as an Inside sales manager or Internal sale manager
  • Fluency in Czech language – C1 level and in English
  • Sales orientation and Team player
  • Excellent communication skills and sales orientation
  • Able to manage time, leads and produce results
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other Sales-related software would be a plus


Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Manage relationship with assigned customers, by providing excellent service and support
    • Manage leads by making outbound calls to determine qualification for sales
    • Meet daily and monthly customer contact goals
    • Gain new customers and re-engage existing accounts that might be dormant
    • Document and manage customer activity in Salesforce
    • Achieve monthly sales quotas, using our client’s online ordering systems.
