Our client, a game development art studio is now looking to get on board for their team a:

Gaming Delivery Manager



  • Excellence in building winning teams and managing delivery operations.
  • You will be driving organization and supervision of necessary processes, structure, teams and technology services to successfully deliver what the client needs in order to achieve their business goals.
  • You will be the primary contact for clients during the delivery phase and will report directly to the Head of the gaming studio
  • You will be growing the existing portfolio by levering best delivery practices and reaching high client satisfaction from services delivery
  • You will successfully onboard new clients
  • Collaborate with client’s engineering stakeholders
  • You will focus on reaching unit performance goals though high operational efficiency
  • You will maintain a productive environment and Studio culture across the designated accounts
  • You will provide active Business Development support. You will pitch Studio capabilities, facilitate Business Development and presale processes
  • You will be executing governance practices on accounts – Quarterly Reviews, Weekly and Monthly syncs, review client CSAT results, review ESAT results and develop efficient HR strategies


  • 4+ years of experience in project management
  • Strong understanding of Game Development business and knowledge of the game development practices and principles
  • experience with managing a business of the following size one (25+ FTE) or multiple accounts (10+ FTE)
  • Experience in team-building and team management
  • Experience in working European or US companies and understanding of their business practices and cultural norms
  • SDLC management and experience in Project Management in Games
  • Strong understanding of project management techniques and tools such as basic revenue models, cost-to-completion projections, profit and loss modeling, , project billing procedures, project pricing models, budget estimation techniques and others
  • Strong English skills
