As a Freelance IT Recruiter in our Referral Program, your main responsibilities will include:

• Recommending exceptional IT and/or multilingual candidates for our current job openings
• Utilizing your professional network and talent pool to identify potential candidates
• Collaborating with ITSelecta’s recruitment team, ensuring a seamless candidate experience

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT and/or BPO Recruiter, ideally within a recruitment agency
• Preferably a strong professional network within the IT industry
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with various roles and technologies within the IT and BPO sector
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• High ethical standards and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
