Our customer is a corporation with many different offices around the world. For their Krakow office (Poland) we are recruiting a:

Distribution Support Specialist with

The ideal candidate likes to support customers via phone and email, S/he has good communication skills and S/he is patient and resilient. Moreover, s/he speaks English at B2 level and  Mandarin + another 2nd EU language at C1 and S/he likes to work in a dynamic international environment.


  • Managing incoming emails, messages, calls and distributors/customers service inquiries
  • Assessing customers and distributors about business needs
  • Handling customer complaints and answering questions regarding digital services
  • Build sustainable relationships with distributors and customers
  • Be proactive when proposing new services to existing customers


  • Mandarin and another 2nd EU language at C1 minimum and English B2
  • Great communication skills
  • Customer focus
  • Easy to work with
  • Nice to have previous experience in similar roles dealing with customers
  • Great computer skills
  • Team working skills
