Our customer is a corporation with many different offices around the world. For their Wroclaw office (Poland) we are recruiting a:

Customer Technical Manager

The ideal candidate has a technical background and experience dealing with customers in terms of customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Account management (via phone or face to face meeting)
  • Support customers with their challenges with networking or web security products (via phone)
  • Ensuring that the quality level is always high

Requirements

  • English B2
  • Knowledge of at least of one of these: VPN technologies (site-to-site, client VPN, IPsec/GRE) HTTP/SSL, DNS (required).
  • Knwoledge of Windows Server (AD, GPO, LDAP), Authentication (IWA/NTLM/Kerberos, SAML, Digest), IDP (Microsoft Azure, Microsoft ADFS, Okta, etc.)
  • Customer focus and detail oriented
  • Team working skills
  • Flexibility, problem solving and Resiliency
  • Eu citizenship or valid work permit
