Customer Support with Italian
The offer includes a relocation package and applies to stationary work in Kraków, Warsaw or Gdańsk.
Responsibilities
- Receiving incoming calls from customers and provide information/support in Italian
- Supporting customers via internet chat – answering questions and resolving customer’s problems
- Handling email complaints
Requirements
- Italian B2/C1 minimum
- English is a plus
- Great communication skills
- Great computer skills
- Customer focus
- Nice to have previous experience in similar roles dealing with customers
- Team working skills
