Our customer is a company providing SEO analytics platform. Their technology helps to optimize a website’s traffic and revenue by providing them with site architecture data. Join their office in Krakow as: Senior Agent.

  • Giving guidelines to the junior agent
  • Process Development to increase customer satisfaction)
  • Reporting to the Head of Customer Success (identifying problematic points, opportunities, contributing to various projects)
  • Supporting customer’s technical questions
  • Identifying bugs and escalating them (identify, diagnose and forward a detailed description of your findings to 2nd level Technical Support)
  • Ability to provide high-level customer support
  • Writing user guides and technical documentation (in case of Frequently Asked Questions in order to reduce the number of tickets coming in)
  • Excellent spoken and written English (C1-C2)
  • Experience working in the field of Customer Service (in English speaking environment, cooperating with colleagues based in multiple offices)
