Customer Success Specialist


  • Managing customer relations and deliver our products to a portfolio of Customers of
    the company
  • Providing smooth communication between the company and Customers and Partners
  • Cooperating with our Customer Care and Team to ensure customer’s satisfaction
  • Helping existing customers in their subscription renewal cycles and activation of new products to
    maximize experience of the company
  • Increasing customer retention, satisfaction and usage of solutions of the company.


  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer success or similar sales positions
  • German and English both at C1-C2 level;
  • Sales experience with SME segment would be an advantage;
  • Relationship building – able to build long term relationships;
  • Persistency;
  • Excellent collaboration skills;
  • Flexiblity;
  • Start-up oriented, proactive, result-driven, self-motivated.
