Customer Success Representative




Our customer is a multinational company operating in the internet service sector. In their office in Warsaw (Poland) they support clients from different countries improving their online business volume. The official language is English.

We are selecting a:

Customer Success Representative

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Support existing customers and increase sales via the web by providing useful guidance via e-mail (This is not a call center)
  • Thanks to the interaction with the sales office, the agent will support customers in solving their problems
  • Account Management (checking the sales trend of a single account and where possible increase them), propose, where possible, process improvements and increase customer satisfaction
  • Manage and develop excellent relationships with a broad portfolio of clients from many different sectors
  • Interact with other departments of the company to improve the product and service


  • Previous experience in roles such as Customer Service or Customer Management (minimum 1 year)
  • Excellent ability to organize the work and excellent communication skills oral and written
  • Good analytical skills
  • Knowledge of English at C1 level

Working hours : Monday to Friday from 9 – 17.30 or 9.30 – 18 (no work on weekends)
