Our customer is a European Telecommunication company.  For their offices in Poland, they are looking for:

Customer Service Team Leader with German

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the quality and quantity of outputs from all assigned customer service representatives
  • Supporting the team by ensuring that each CSR develops the required specialist knowledge, communication requirements, and process knowledge to deliver the best results.
  • Controlling team’s deployment times (e.g. duty roster, breaks)
  • Increasing productivity: target achievement regarding operational, project-specific key figures (e.g. sales monitoring results, etc.)
  • Leading the CSR team via meetings and follow-up sessions regarding the quality and quantity of work and work behavior
  • Ensuring performance management and maintaining adherence to required standards, processes, and workflow
  • Ensuring and controlling the overall quality of the customer service

Requirements

  • German C1
  • English basic knowledge
  • Experience of 2 – 3 years in a commercial position
  • Strong team spirit and management qualities
  • Customer-service oriented, appreciative, and respectful interaction with customer service representatives and leadership
  • Good command of MS Office
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • High analytical skills and critical thinking
  • Previous experience in Telco and/or customer service is nice to have
  • Aptitude to work in a challenging environment will be appreciated
  • Enjoying a multicultural environment is nice to have
