Our client is a global provider of technology products, services and solutions. They bring innovative IT solutions to the market to solve complex business challenges. At this time for their Krakow office, they are looking to hire a:

Customer Service EXEcutive with PORTUGUESE

 

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the NBS sales rep to collect all necessary business collaterals
  • Set up advertisers account on Google Ads Platform
  • Set up appropriate Tags basis the Business Model & Marketing Objective
  • Link MCC accounts and update SFDC with advertisers contact details
  • Get sign-off from Kiskstart + sales rep on accuracy and completion before account
    Handover

Requirements:

  • Portuguese C1/C2 and English B2/C1
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Poland
  •  Understanding of Google Ads
  • Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
  • Basic logical reasoning and problem solving skills
  • Exceptional rapport building and active listening skills

Nice to have:

  • Professional knowledge of Italian (at least C1)
  • Understanding of Google Ads platform for accounts setup with tag implementation experience
  • Expereince with Sales Force Dot Com (SFDC)
  • Ability to multitask
