Our client is the largest independent specialty finance in Italy and a leading player in Europe, specialized in the management and non-recourse factoring of trade receivables due from the Public Administrations, securities services, banking and corporate payments. For their Łódź office they are looking for a :
Credit Management Support Specialist with Italian
Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day operations of Credit Management area including:
- reporting,
- data management,
- support the internal and external customer queries,
- Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures,
- Handle emails, calls and concerns from internal and external customers,
- Support the ongoing operational work,
- Taking part in the implementation of new processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Italian C1/C2 and English B2/C1
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Poland
- Degree or equivalent qualification in finance area (Economy, Mathematics, Banking Legal) will be an asset
- Very good knowledge of MS Windows with Office (especially Excel)
- Analytical skills, attention to details and very good organizational skills
- Team working and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure of time
- Knowledge of VBA would be appreciated.
