Our client is the largest independent specialty finance in Italy and a leading player in Europe, specialized in the management and non-recourse factoring of trade receivables due from the Public Administrations, securities services, banking and corporate payments. For their Łódź  office they are looking for a :

Credit Management Support Specialist with Italian

Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day operations of Credit Management area including:
  • • reporting,
    • data management,
    • support the internal and external customer queries,
• Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures,
• Handle emails, calls and concerns from internal and external customers,
• Support the ongoing operational work,
• Taking part in the implementation of new processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• Italian C1/C2 and English B2/C1
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Poland
• Degree or equivalent qualification in finance area (Economy, Mathematics, Banking Legal) will be an asset
• Very good knowledge of MS Windows with Office (especially Excel)
• Analytical skills, attention to details and very good organizational skills
• Team working and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure of time
• Knowledge of VBA would be appreciated.
