Responsibilities

• Driving the team to success through delivering targets, customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall objectives
• Handling problems and escalations
• Partner and customer relationship management
• Ensuring continuous high quality standards by supporting the team; preparing and following up on training plan
• Team and people management, 1-2-1 meetings
• Driving and initiating improvement of processes to increase effectiveness
• Decision making
• Regular reporting activity
• Cooperation with other departments

ReQUIREMENTS

• Italian C1/C2 & English B2
• university degree preferably in business or economics
• Experience in the field of  Receivables / Collections 
• Preferably xperience in people management, but not mondatory
• Interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders
• Ability to assume responsibility for decisions which have an impact on people, quality of service, and costs
• analytical and problem solving skills
• Leadership skills
• Detail orientation
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
