Senior Manager Business Continuity & Planning

Responsibilities

• Establish compliance to BCM Policy, strategy, objectives, strategy
• Work with the sales/solutioning/ contracting teams
• Proactively drive the Crisis management preparedness 
• Collaborate with multiple functions and lead the cross functional team to handle any BC crisis 
• Work with Business teams to develop and implement Business Continuity plans 
• Facilitate location compliance, In-person training and awareness program
• Facilitate Technology/tools 
• To participate in location growth activities
• Regular communication and governance with stakeholders
• Travel will be involved

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT products/services experience
• Experience in a leadership role of Business Continuity process in a large enterprise
• Strong understanding of Business Continuity Strategies for Crisis Management and Account planning
• IT Disaster Recovery experience
• Knowledge of Polish and English at a professional level
• Excellent change management skills 
• Exposure to Process standardization including ISO 22301 
• Understanding of Technology/Tools 
• Financial awareness and understanding of Operational metrics
