CONTENT OF THE AGREEMENT GIVING THE BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA BY IT SELECTA

Guided by the content of Art. 4(11) and Art. 7 and recitals 32, 33, 42, and 43 of GDPR, as well as the guidelines of the Article 29 Working Party contained in the Guidelines on Consent under Regulation 2016/679, IT Selecta hereby gives the following content to the clauses setting out consent to the processing of personal data:

1. The consent obtained from the candidate The consent is obtained in one of the following two ways:  using the selection box ticked by the candidate (it is not selected by default) when submitting an application via the contact form on the IT Selecta website,  via e-mail exchanged between the candidate and IT Selecta.

The content of consent is as follows:

I hereby confirm that I have read the Privacy Policy available at https://www.itselecta.com/privacypolicy/, and that I have been informed that my data will not be processed in an automated way or subjected to profiling, nor will it be sent to third countries (i.e. outside the European Economic Area). I am aware that I can withdraw my consent at any time, without affecting legality of the processing which has been carried out on the basis of the consent granted prior to its withdrawal.

I agree to Alessandro Lombardi using the IT Selecta brand (hereinafter "IT Selecta") for the processing of my personal data as described below, carried out in order to conduct continuous recruitment of employees, including for third parties being clients of IT Selecta: 1. collecting personal data contained in the CV and other documents provided by myself to IT Selecta, 2. collecting personal data contained in my profiles in social media (e.g. LinkedIn, GitHub, Facebook), to the extent to which such data relates to my interests and professional qualifications (previous professional experience, participation in thematic groups and my comments posted there, samples of my work posted in my profiles), 3. sharing my personal data contained in the CV and other documents provided by myself to IT Selecta and to selected clients of IT Selecta for whom IT Selecta provides recruitment services, 4. storing my personal data for a period of 24 months

Kierując się treścią art. 4 ust. 11 i art. 7 oraz motywów 32, 33, 42 i 43 RODO, a także wytycznymi Grupy Roboczej Art. 29 zawartymi w Guidelines on Consent under Regulation 2016/679, IT Selecta nadaje następujące brzmienie klauzulom zgody na przetwarzanie danych osobowych:

Zgoda pozyskiwana od kandydata Zgoda jest uzyskiwana w jeden z dwóch następujących sposobów:  za pomocą okienka wyboru zaznaczonego przez kandydata (nie jest zaznaczone domyślnie) przy składaniu aplikacji za pośrednictwem formularza kontaktowego, zamieszczonego na stronie internetowej IT Selecta,  za pośrednictwem poczty elektronicznej wymienianej pomiędzy kandydatem a IT Selecta.

Treść zgody jest następująca:

Potwierdzam, że zapoznałem (zapoznałam) się z Polityką Prywatności dostępną na stronie https://www.itselecta.com/privacy-policy/, oraz że zostałem poinformowany (zostałam poinformowana), iż moje dane nie będą przetwarzane w sposób zautomatyzowany ani poddawane profilowaniu, ani też nie będą wysyłane do krajów trzecich (tj. poza Europejski Obszar Gospodarczy). Wiem też, że mogę w każdej chwili wycofać moje zgody, bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano, na podstawie zgody, przed jej cofnięciem.

Wyrażam zgodę Alessandro Lombardi korzystającemu z marki IT Selecta (dalej: „IT Selecta”) na opisane poniżej operacje przetwarzania moich danych osobowych, dokonywane w celu

prowadzenia ciągłej rekrutacji pracowników, w tym dla podmiotów trzecich, będących klientami IT Selecta: 1. zbieranie danych osobowych zawartych w CV oraz innych dokumentach dostarczonych przeze mnie do IT Selecta, 2. zbieranie danych osobowych zawartych w moich profilach w mediach społecznościowych (np. LinkedIn, GitHub, Facebook), w zakresie w jakim dotyczą one moich zainteresowań i kwalifikacji zawodowych (dotychczasowe doświadczenie zawodowe, udział w grupach tematycznych i moje wypowiedzi tam zamieszczone, próbki mojej pracy zamieszone przeze mnie w moich profilach), 3. udostępnienie moich danych osobowych zawartych w CV i innych dokumentach dostarczonych przeze mnie do IT Selecta wybranym przez IT Selecta klientom, dla których IT Selecta świadczy usługi polegające na rekrutowaniu pracowników, 4. przechowywanie moich danych osobowych przez okres 24 miesięcy.
